Venetian Expo (formerly the Sands Expo) sits directly behind The Venetian and Palazzo, with Halls A through D running contiguously for roughly 655,600 square feet, plus Hall G on its own level. It’s a favorite for shows that want exhibitors and attendees under one roof with the hotel — and it has some of the tightest service exclusivity rules in the city.

What Venetian Expo exhibitors should know
Things we’d want to know if we were exhibiting here — and the reasons show mornings go sideways when nobody checks.
The venue holds hard exclusives.
Venetian Expo is the exclusive provider for electrical, rigging, overhead lighting, catering and custodial services. Those have to be ordered through the venue — no outside vendor can supply them. Equipment rental itself is a different question, and that’s where we come in.
Power is never included in an AV quote.
Any quote you get for displays or computers — ours included — excludes the electrical drop. Order power through the venue portal early and tell us where the drop lands so we can plan cable runs and screen placement around it.
Check floor load for heavy builds.
Halls A–D are rated for substantially more static floor load than the upper-level ballrooms. If you’re planning a large video wall or heavy structure, confirm your hall’s limits before finalizing the design.
EAC paperwork has deadlines.
If your show requires exhibitor-appointed contractor forms for outside vendors, they’re due well before load-in. Ask us early and we’ll get you whatever documentation your show organizer needs.
Venetian Expo rental FAQs
Can I rent AV equipment from an outside company at Venetian Expo?
Equipment rental from an independent supplier is generally permitted; the venue’s exclusives cover services like electrical, rigging, overhead lighting, catering and custodial work. Send us your show name and hall and we’ll confirm exactly what applies to your booth before you order anything.
Does your quote include electrical power?
No — and neither does anyone else’s. Electrical is a venue exclusive at Venetian Expo and must be ordered separately through the venue. We’ll remind you and help you size what you need.
Do you deliver to Hall G as well as Halls A through D?
Yes. Hall G sits on a separate level with its own regulations, and we deliver there routinely. Tell us your hall when you request a quote so we can plan the route and timing.
How early should I book for a Venetian Expo show?
Two to three weeks for video walls and large builds; a few days is usually workable for standard displays, laptops and tablets. Rush requests inside 72 hours should come by phone.
