Do you handle setup and installation?
In most cases, yes — our techs handle delivery, setup, and testing. At union venues like the Las Vegas Convention Center or Mandalay Bay, installation is coordinated with venue union labor per show requirements. We walk you through what applies to your specific venue when you request a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard equipment, a few days’ notice is usually enough. For large builds like video walls or multi-day convention packages, we recommend booking two to three weeks out to guarantee inventory. Need something inside 72 hours? Call us directly — we hold same-week capacity for exactly that.
Do you deliver outside Las Vegas?
Yes. With our nationwide supplier network we support multi-city shows and events well beyond Nevada. Let us know your event location when requesting a quote.
What if equipment fails during my event?
Our techs test everything before it ships and again before setup is complete. If an issue comes up during your event, call your assigned contact directly — we keep replacement inventory on hand for exactly this.
Can you pre-load our software and content?
Yes. Laptops, desktops and tablets can be imaged with your software, wallpaper and content before they leave our warehouse, so your team can start working the moment they arrive at the booth.
Do you rent for a single day?
Yes. Single-day and weekend rentals are common — a monitor for a boardroom meeting, a handful of iPads for a registration desk, a projector for a breakout session. There’s no minimum order size.
