AV & computer rentals for the Las Vegas Convention Center

North, Central, South and West Hall — we deliver display, computer and AV rentals to LVCC booths every show season, and we know what the hall expects before your crate hits the dock.

3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

The Las Vegas Convention Center is the largest exhibition venue in North America, with roughly 2.9 million square feet of exhibit space spread across the North, Central, South and West Halls, plus more than 200 meeting rooms. The West Hall expansion and the Vegas Loop underground people mover connect the campus, which is a genuine relief on a long show — and a genuine complication when you’re routing equipment between halls.

We’re headquartered in downtown Las Vegas, a short drive from Paradise Road. That means your gear doesn’t arrive on a freight schedule set three states away — it arrives when your load-in window opens, and if something fails on day one, the replacement is across town rather than across the country.

What exhibitors rent from us here

  • 4K TV displays from 24" to 90" on stands, wall mounts, or truss
  • Interactive touch screens and kiosks for booth demos and lead capture
  • Laptops, desktops and iPads pre-imaged with your demo software
  • Video walls sized to island and peninsula booths
  • Printers, monitors and peripherals for booth workrooms
  • Microphones and speakers for in-booth presentation theaters
Practical Notes

What LVCC exhibitors should know

Things we’d want to know if we were exhibiting here — and the reasons show mornings go sideways when nobody checks.

Labor jurisdiction is real here.

The LVCC campus operates under IATSE and Teamsters jurisdiction. Installation and strike of equipment is frequently handled by venue union labor rather than a vendor’s own crew. We coordinate directly with labor reps so your schedule holds — and we tell you up front what your specific show rules require.

Electrical is ordered separately.

Power drops come from the venue’s exclusive electrical provider, not from your AV supplier. Order your drop early and tell us the location — a 90" display in the wrong corner of the booth from the power is the single most common show-morning scramble we see.

Book big builds early.

Standard displays and laptops can move on short notice. Video walls, multi-screen builds and large computer fleets during peak weeks (CES, CONEXPO, World of Concrete) should be locked two to three weeks out.

Freight and drayage add up.

Shipping equipment in from out of state means drayage charges through the show’s general contractor. Renting locally and having it hand-delivered to your booth usually sidesteps that line item entirely — worth pricing both ways.

Common Questions

LVCC rental FAQs

Can I use an outside AV vendor at the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Generally yes for equipment rental. The venue and show general contractor hold exclusives on services like electrical, rigging and internet, but exhibitors are typically free to rent displays, computers and AV gear from an independent supplier. Tell us your show and hall and we’ll confirm what applies before you commit.

Do you deliver directly to my LVCC booth?

Yes. We deliver to your booth number within your load-in window, and delivery is included on every order. At union halls, final installation may be performed by venue labor per show rules — we coordinate that so nothing stalls.

How much notice do you need for a Las Vegas Convention Center show?

For standard TVs, laptops and tablets, a few days is usually enough. For video walls or large fleets during peak convention weeks, two to three weeks is safer. If you’re inside 72 hours, call us instead of emailing — we hold same-week capacity for rush jobs.

Is renting locally cheaper than shipping our own equipment?

Often, yes — once drayage, freight both directions, and the risk of damage in transit are counted. We’re happy to price your list so you can compare it against your shipping estimate honestly.
