AV & computer rentals for Caesars Forum
Pillarless ballrooms, flexible meeting space and the outdoor plaza — display, computer and AV rentals delivered where your program actually happens.
3911 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Caesars Forum on Koval Lane is the newest of the major Las Vegas conference venues, and it’s built differently from the older exhibit halls: two enormous pillarless ballrooms, a deep run of flexible meeting rooms, and an outdoor plaza that shows increasingly use for receptions and activations.
Pillarless space is a gift for sightlines and a challenge for AV placement — there’s nothing to hide a cable run behind. We plan screen positions, mounting and cable paths with that in mind rather than showing up and improvising.
What exhibitors rent from us here
- Large-format TV displays for general sessions and sponsor activations
- Touch screen kiosks for registration and wayfinding
- Laptop and tablet fleets for hands-on sessions
- Projectors and fast-fold screens for main-stage programming
- Video walls for keynote and sponsor backdrops
- Monitors and computers for staff and production offices
What Caesars Forum planners should know
Things we’d want to know if we were exhibiting here — and the reasons show mornings go sideways when nobody checks.
Pillarless means cable planning matters.
There are no columns to run cable behind and no convenient places to hide a rack. We plan screen positions, floor-cable protection and power paths in advance so the room reads clean instead of improvised.
The outdoor plaza has its own constraints.
Daylight, weather and power access all change what equipment makes sense outdoors. Brightness that looks fine in a ballroom disappears in Las Vegas sun — tell us if any part of your program is on the plaza and we’ll spec for it.
Meeting rooms combine and divide.
The flexible room configurations are a real advantage, but a room set that changes overnight affects AV placement. Give us the room-flip schedule and we’ll plan around it.
Electrical comes from the venue.
As at every major Las Vegas venue, power is ordered separately from the venue’s exclusive provider. Order early and share the drop locations with us.
Caesars Forum rental FAQs
Can I bring in an outside AV rental company at Caesars Forum?
Equipment rental from an independent supplier is generally permitted, with services like electrical and rigging remaining venue exclusives. Give us your event name and room and we’ll confirm exactly what your contract allows before you order.
Do you supply AV for the outdoor Forum Plaza?
Yes, with the caveat that outdoor spec is different — brightness, weather protection and power access all matter. Tell us which portions of your program are outdoors and we’ll spec accordingly.
Can you handle a multi-room conference program?
Yes. Breakout monitors, general-session projection and registration tablets can all come on one quote with a single point of contact for the whole run of show.
How far ahead should I book Caesars Forum equipment?
Two to three weeks for large-format and multi-room programs; less for standard displays and laptops. Rush requests inside 72 hours should come by phone.
