Before you book
Can I rent AV equipment from an outside vendor at a Las Vegas convention center?
In most cases, yes. Venues hold exclusives on things like electrical, rigging and internet, but exhibitors are generally free to rent display, computer and AV equipment from an independent supplier like Comp-U-Rent. We tell you exactly which services are venue-exclusive at your hall before you book, so nothing gets flagged on show day.
How fast can you deliver to a Las Vegas trade show booth?
We are based in Las Vegas, minutes from the convention corridor, and deliver to every major venue in the city. For standard equipment we can often turn around a next-day or same-week order. For video walls and large multi-day packages we recommend booking two to three weeks out.
Do you charge for delivery and setup?
Delivery is included on every order. Our techs handle setup and testing where we are permitted to; at union venues, installation is coordinated with venue labor per show rules, and we walk you through what applies to your specific hall.
